Cellular kinetics "In Vitro"
Once determined the formula and dosage optimum
according to the growth inhibitory action of BW cellular lines in
24 hours we proceeded to experiment the kinetics in 48 hours.
In Chart 1: "Growth inhibition in BW cellular line in 24 hours”
Here, are introduced the results of 2 formulations (PF1 y PF3),
as a percentage of growth inhibition of BW cellular lines in 24
hours, that in the first phase showed important differences refering
to the percentages of cellular growth inhibition.

CHART 1: Inhibition of growth in
BW cellular line in 24 hours.
Again, as it is seen in Chart 1: Inhibition of growth
in BW cellular line in 24 hours, with bigger dilutions, the successive
percentages of inhibition were decreasing, resulting the biggest
PF3 formulation efficiency.
In Chart 2,: "Inhibition of growth in
BW cellular line in 48 hours”, are presented the results expressed
as a percentage of growth inhibition in BW cellular lines in 48
hours. Again, were included the PF1 y PF3 formulations, due because
these, in the first research phase showed important differences
refering to the percentages of cellular growth , trying to reject
the possibility of a different behaviour after 48 hours.

CHART 2: Inhibition of growth in
BW cellular line in 48 hours
As a first conclusion in both formulations after 48 hours, the inhibitory
effect at the therapeutic dose was bigger than at the 24 hours,
what shows an accumulative effect (accumulative kinetics) in benefit
of the pursued aim that is the anti-proliferative effect.
Also at the 48 hours, the biggest inhibition in absolute terms of
growth in BW cell lines at the therapeutic dose resulted of the
PF3 formulation.
It’s like that, that the cellular kinetics is stopped, preventing
the tumoral growth.
