Age: 12 years old
Coming from the countryside.
Reason why consults:
Starts in October, 2004 with persistent lumbago,
studied with bone
23/01/2004 active bone injury in sacrum with epìcentre in
the right wing.
26/01/2004 – magnetic resonance shows cyst solid expansive
proces in the right sacrum with extensión to nearby structures
that could correspond to anuerismatic bone cyst if well we can’t
reject other etiology
5/2004 – Starts our treatment with Basqüadé.
18/06/2004 – Nuclear magnetic resonante confirms thar sacrum
is getting better with Basqüadé, improving general condition,
appetite and bone pains
10/03/2005 – Magnetic nuclear resonante informs of a reduction
ofl 30 % of the tumoral mass.
The patient evolved very well, grows normally and has a normal life.
Conclusion
12 years, no family or personal history to highlight.
Asks because of persistent lumbago and starts treatment with Basquade
5 months after the diagnose., improving considerable and achieving
a reduction of 30% of the tumoral mass. The patient has a good development
and normal life.
