Caso 1: Renal cancer

Reason why consults:

Renal tumor (left kidney) unable of surgery because of cardiac

problems and hyper-thyroidism.

Evolution of the illness:

12/04/2005 Consults with the report of the tomography and the same day starts the treatment with Basqüadé.

10/05/05 Presents a clinic improvement, normalizing TSH, T3 y T4

23/06/05 New TAC shows calcified cyst.

Conclusions:

The cancer got calcified, 2 months after the treatment.

Case 2: Pathology Renal Adenocarcinome of clear cells with metastasi

Age: 56 years old

Reason why consults:

21/11/2001 Patient nephrectomizised in the year 1998 to the left because of malignant kidney pathology . Had a surgery in Sweden and it happened to be an adenocarcinome of clear cells.

Family history:

We don’t know them.

Present illness’ history:

Metastasi in both lungs. Lymphatic metastasi in left lung and right that squeeze either the trachea as well as the oesophagus. Later, it is discovered an additional metastasi in the post-surgical bed of the left kidney and one below the right collar bone. Consults about the possibility of using our medicine.

21/11/2001 Starts the treatment with 30 drops 4 times a day for 15 days, alter 40 drops 4 times a day.

Illness’ evolution:

27/01/2002 Says to feel better with our medicine. There are no discomforts when swallowing.

28/02/2002 Metastasis in the post-surgical left kidney bed has stopped its growing.

Metastasis below the collar bone also stopped its growth.
Lung metastasi that compressed trachea and oesophagus only have grown 10,14mm, no problems while swallowing.

14/03/2002 Consults in Montevideo, subjectivally and objectivally well.

Has maintained the weight. Normal renal functionalityl. Marginal growth, we increase to 50 drops 4 times a day.

Patient improves its quality of life, can have an out-patient treatment, continues with 50 drops a day 4 times a day. In May, he has no symptoms and is given the medical discharge with Basqüadé® maintenance dose.

Conclusions:

Patient 56 years, nephrectomized in the year 1998 to the left because of malignant kidney pathology (clear cells adenocarcinome) had a surgery in Sweden. In July 2001 were discovered by thorax tomography metastasi in both lungs. Lymphatic metastasi in right and left lung. Metastasi that presses either the trachea as well as the oesophagus. Later it was discovered an additional metastasi in the post-surgical bed of the left kidney and one below the collar bone.

21/11/2001: Starts treatment with 30 drops 4 times a day. A clear improvement begins Received only treatment with Basqüadé® , because of the patient’s will.Improves capacity of swallowing and breathing capacity. Very good general condition.

14/03/2002: In Montevideo, subjectivally and objectivally well. There are no doubts of the benefitial action of Basqüadé®. It is clear that the medicine has had a clear antitumoral effect.

Caso 3: Kidney cancer

Age: 65 years old

Reason why consults.

19/03/2002 Consults because of retro-peritoneum tumor

Family history:

Nothing of importance.

Present illness’ history:

Starts with oedema of lower members a month ago, so studies are done. The abdominal and TAC ultrasound scanning show a renal left mass of 5.1 cm. Taking contact with the diaphragm and also with the suprarenal gland. Also establishes contact with the left renal vein. Starts treatment with our medicine with 40 drops 4 times a day.
Illness:

05/06/2002 – Clinical and paraclinical improvement. Continues with 40 drops 4 times a day.

21/08/2002 – The patient confirms a decrease in the tumoral mass. No symptoms. We continue with 40 drops 4 times a day under the tongue. . Now, as we face the complete decrease in the tumoral mass we keep the base dose for 1 month , once a year.
Conclusions:

Basqüadé® stopped the tumoral cynetics leading the patient to a condition of health without side effects and without suffering. Besides the patient achieved an excellent quality of life. That shows that Basquade can give our patients an excellent recovery from the physical point and in consequence the psychological point., something that tradicional medicine often forgets, but we, seeing the patient as a whole have in mind all the time. Basqüadé® deserves a place as a medication that fights malignant illnesses and does it without causing side effects.

Caso 4: Wilms tumor pathology

Age: 4 years old

Reason why consults:

12/02/2002 A big mass is detected in the left, what motivated an abdomen ultrasound scanning and later estenography. Where it was confirmed a great mass in the left kidney with a possibility of Wilms tumor that is why it was arranged an urgent surgery.

Present illness’ historyl:

Next Tuesday19/02/2002 the surgery took place. There was a 750 g Wilms tumor, malignant that compresses the renal capsule but doesn’t pierce it.

According to the results it was determined a treatment with chimiotherapy with a protocolo f 18 weeks with Vincristina, 0,05mg/Kg/d. Tretment continued until week 10.
October 25th, 2002, a new análisis takes place in which it is seen an hipodense injury in the left suprarenal gland and a residual tumor or metastasic illness should be considered.

Illness evolution:

Last november 7th 2002 the surgery was done and a new tumor in the left suprarenal gland was found.

08/12/2002 starts the treatment with 5 drops half an hour before every meal

/12/2002 continues with 5 drops half an hour before every meal

13/12/2002 same regime
Continues with the medice until the present. She is in a grat condition and she does all the activities of a child of her age. She continues with an annual treatment with Basqüadé® .
Conclusions:

4 year old girl, coming from Colombia. Left kidney with Wilms tumor and later tumor in suprarenal gland removed on November 7th, 2002.
8/12/2002- begins the treatment with our medicine, achieving a quick improvement in her condition. She is much better and she has to attend regular controls and a base dose of the medicine.

Basqüadé® drops is an innocuous medicine, without side effects and without interactions. Easy to take even for a 4 year old girl who doesn’t reject it. Not traumatic and with a powerful effect as those of the convencional drugs
