Curves dose-response
FINAL PRODUCT (PF)
Once proved the efficiency of the mother tincture formulation through
experiments with animals, it was done a scanning embracing a wide
spectre with different dilutions and vehicles.
From this scanning, the dates of Chart 1 emerged:

CHART 1:
"Curve Dose-Response"
As it is evidenced in Chart 1 the optimum
dose (highest therapeutic effect without side effects) is 1/400
and the optimum formulation is the PF3 which has made evident a
percentage of cellular proliferation of 13.8 % at the mentioned
dilution.

Making a generalization of the obtained results the 1/400 dilution
is equivalent to a dosage of 240 drops a day. This result is obtained
taking into account that the volume of 1 drop is of 0,05 ml., so
240 drops are equivalent to 12 ml. of Basqüadé dilluted
in the blood volume of an adult: 5000ml. The ingest of 12 ml. of
Basqüadé is dilluted in 5.000 ml. of blood what is equivalent
to 1 ml. in 416 ml of blood.
It is important to highlight that in this test it
was proved the importance of shaking the product before its use
to homogenize it, according to its organoleptic properties.
